Katherine has a 48 hour (prior to your appointment) cancellation policy without a fee.

​

• If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment, then you will be charged 25% of your appointment fee.

• If you cancel 24 hours or less in advance of your appointment, then you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

• If you do not call at all  to let us know that you are unable to make the appointment then we will charge you for the full value of the appointment.

 

We make every effort possible to confirm your appointment with us and reserve the right to give your appointment away if we can’t reach you within the time period of this cancellation policy.

ALSO: Due to Katherine’s full schedule, if you are going to be more then 10 minutes late for your appointment, please contact the office directly at 978.369.9228 and leave a message. She will still need to finish at your scheduled time.
